Ipod Nano 7th gen SYNC to spotify?

Hello.

I was thinking of buying an iPod Nano because my iPhone battery is just simply to bad to play music.

The question is, am i able to (for free) get songs from my spotify (im using premium) to my iPod nano?
Don't really want to spend 1400 SEK (around 150euro's) to buy an iPod that can't play my spotify music.
Please dont link me to other threads cuz i've been looking around and i can't seem to find the answer.

No, the only iPod that can use Spotify content is the iPod Touch since it can run the Spotify app. Spotify can detect other iPods (classics etc) but will only sync local files just like iTunes.

Also iPods using the new lightning connectors are not supported by Spotify.

hmm okay, thanks for a quick answer.

So the iPod touch 5th gen is able to play music just like my iphone? (download playlists so i can use it without Wi-Fi connection)
