Ipod Touch - Premium Account - Music Not Playing

Hey,


I am a premium user and I would like to listen to music via the Ipod Touch.  My IOS and Spotify app are up to date.  However, I have not been able to play any of my songs without the song stopping.  My internet is fine.  So I think this is a Spotify App issue since it just started happen last week and I have not seen any problems for the last 2 months.  Furthermore, my pandora app works fine. 

 

What should I do to correct this issue?

Similar problem. I am a premium user too and I would like to listen to music via the Ipod Touch. Only music you saved available offline is accessible at the moment but you cannot search and listen to new music. No connection...

Sorry to hear this. Would it be possible to test on another wifi network?

 

Changing your stream quality to a lower setting could help test this. How much free space is on your device?
