Last.fm Scrobble failed few hours ago

Hey guys,

I just updated new Spotify IOS version. Then I realize that the Last.fm failed to record my song. It is showing recording the current songs but cannot store in my library. Does anybody have similar issues? Does anyone know how to solve that? Thank you!

Official Response from last.fm:

Yeah, it looks like scrobbling from the Spotify desktop program has stopped working in the newest version  (1.0.80.474).

Fortunately, there's another way of scrobbling Spotify from your account settings:  https://www.last.fm/settings/applications 

Just click connect next to "Spotify scrobbling" and follow the instructions to connect your Spotify account to Last.fm.  Once connected it should automatically scrobble anything you play in spotify (on any device).  If you run into any issue with this, please try disconnecting and reconnecting, and if that doesn't fix it, please report the problem in this thread: https://getsatisfaction.com/lastfm/topics/spotify-scrobbling-beta
