Listen to devices showing as Premium only

My Question or Issue

I am able to use Alexa voice command in my Echo Dot to listen to Spotify. But when I am listening on my iphone and want to switch device in the Spotify app to EchoDot, the select a device shows Echo Dot but is greyed out and showing Premium only. Same happens when i switch to with my macbook too !

I did not find any details that switching device need premium.

Any help is appreciated.
