Listening Off Downloaded Playlist Still Using Data

 My Question or Issue

I have a playlist that I downloaded to make available offline, but when I do, the icon that comes up next to the songs is a solid green circle and the playlist doesn't say available offline when the downloading is finished. As a result, it still uses data when I listen to it without wifi. See Image

Hope you’re doing great!

Certain carriers allow music freedom, which means you can listen to music without it burning through data. 

In this case, I would follow these steps:

• Reboot the device
• If that doesn’t help, uninstall then reinstall the device
• If both above didn’t help, I would contact your carrier for more infomation regarding data
