Listening offline on iphone

Very new to this and a bit crap on PCs.

Have got Premium but no idea how to listen to offline tunes on my phone?

First you can not login with Facebook since what will happen with facebook is it will constantly require a login which can only be done through the facebook website. Obviously you can not do this if your phone is offline and does not have internet access. So you will need to obtain the "Spotify Device Password" that will bypass Facebook and ensure Spotify stays signed up.

Once you do that you will notice that there is a "Sync Offline" option for each playlist. When this is set to on and you leave the Spotify app open and active it will sync the music so it can be played offline. On an iPhone you need to plug in the charger so that the Wifi will stay connected, otherwise it will disconnect to conserve battery life.

Spotify should remember your login details no matter how you login. If you're being prompted to reenter your details each time this indicates a potential problem with the app, rather than a result of the way your account is set up. Get in touch via our contact form if you're having this.
