My Question or Issue

Songs sound for 10-15 second and then stop with the error from the image.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome. 

That type of error usually pops-up when you're too far from the Wi-Fi or your data connection is slower than usual. So if you've set your Cellular streaming quality to Very high or Lossless, we'd recommend setting it on a lower quality or Automatic to avoid this error. You can also toggle on the option Auto-adjust at the bottom of your Streaming quality settings.

As an option, you can also download your favorite playlist over Wi-Fi (or create a new one with your favorite tunes) to have it available without an active internet connection to avoid this from happening if you're on the road.
