Local Files Won't Sync to Phone

I'm having a problem syncing my local files to my iPhone 5S and I'm about to pull my hair out. I've had premium for ages and it's been syncing my local files fine, but all of the sudden it's stopped. I've tried everything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app on both my Macbook Pro and my iPhone, I've changed internet connections, I've tried creating my own network, and I've even made sure the firewall is removed on my computer. Basically, I've done everything Spotify says to do and more. This all started happening after I travelled to the UK and came back, if that says anything.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix this...? Spotify's help page is absolutely no help.

Can you see your phone under "Devices" in the Spotify desktop client?

Nope

That will be why it won't sync, your clients can't see each other. Have you definitely disabled all firewalls completely?
