My Question or Issue

Hi, I am trying to sync my playlist with my local files on my desktop, but no matter what I do, they don't download. I have restarted my router, I have logged out and logged back in on both devices and have triple checked they're on the same network. Additionally, I have made sure they are all mp3 files to be within the requirements for the files. Please help me resolve this issue I just want a convenient way to listen to my local files on the go. Thanks!
