Local files are not working on my iphone 5

Hello,

I have spotify premium and I have a few local files on my laptop that I would like to play on my iPhone. On my laptop the local files are working fine even when i'm offline, but on my phone it doesn't work when i'm online or offline. 

The playlist where the local files are in with the other songs from spotify is available offline. The normal songs from spotify works offline on my phone but like i said, the local files are not working. My iphone is connected with the same network my laptop is using,I also tried downloading the app again but nothing works, I also tried making a playlist with only my local files in it, but still not working and I have enough space! This is driving me crazy!

I hope someone can come with a solution.
