Local files not downloading onto iPhone?

I able to download the songs successfully onto my desktop app (on a mac), and have followed all the steps in making sure I can get them onto my phone app but every time I try they won't download.

When I pull up the playlist on my phone, it shows that I have songs in the playlist, but when I tap to go into it, it looks like there are no songs in the list at all.

Even when I try to go from listening on my computer to phone it says that the song is not dowloaded and that I can sync it from my computer.

Please help!
