Local files not syncing at all,all other songs tak...

The subject pretty much sums up my problem. Ive had no problems with spotfiy at all before this. Now however, everything that can go wrong, has done. Ive tried plugging phone in and using wifi, still not appearing under devices. Uninstalled and reinstalled spotify app on iphone, basicly all the usual troubleshooting ideas. I assume i cant get my local files sycned because my Iphone wont appear under devices. Anyone got any tips?
