Local files will not play on mobile device

This was a question I had posted earlier, but was marked as closed. My issue was not resolved, however I should be more specific. "Formation" by Beyonce on the Lemonade album is the only frigging song that won't sync to my mobile device, even though I have followed every suggestion on how to do so including updating apps, versions, etc.

I just want to listen to the music I have already paid for in the app I'm paying for!

Example: If a playlist has 15 songs imported from iTunes, I can play all 15 in the desktop app, however only 12 will download to the app on my phone (the other 3 are grayed out and say "unavailable". I've gone through all the troubleshooting, both in iTunes and Spotify, and this has been happening for months. I can't find a solution.
