Logged out on all devices

My Question or Issue:

I have been logged out of my account on every single device I previously had Spotify on. All of a sudden one day I opened Spotify on my phone and I couldn't get back in with my previous username and password combo. Then, later I figured I could just access my playlists on my laptop but I  was randomly logged out there too. I tried every password I could think of and the saved password on my computer even said it was the password I had been trying. I haven't logged in with Facebook so I only have the one way to access my account. Please send help! I'm very disappointed in Spotify right now.

I don't believe this is a solution to my problem, I haven't given anyone else my password or shared my information, one day I was simply logged out without any warning on my phone and laptop.
