Logging into Spotify with Facebook but Spotify isnt registering my account

I tried to log in to my Spotify using my Facebook and it says "permission already authorized" and when I'm redirected to my spotify app, it's not my spotify account. I've a premium account and this is a free one. My desktop spotify logins with no problem.

Welcome to the Spotify Community. 

First things first, you need to delete the old FB account from the iPhone here: Settings > Facebook > Delete Account. 

Then try to log in to Spotify again.
