All my playlists and songs are gone. I have logged in via spotify U/N and facebook...even de-linked facebook per another suggested post. Any help here? Both my desktop and iphone are this way and my account profile shows I am a premium subscriber.
I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to make sure everything is restored for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
yes, I can't really sync at all over wifi with my iphone 5. Yesterday it took an hour to sync one song and now it's not syncing at all even though the playlists are incomplete (saying things like "1 out of 44 songs synced"). I saw that a lot of people have had issues with this, but it seemed that nobody had posted for a while so I was hoping that maybe someone found a fix. Any news? Thanks!!
