Lost all playlists when adding Ipad app!

Hello,

I've just downloaded the Ipad spotify app and when I logged in I noticed none of my playlists were there. I had the unlimited account and noticed I needed to upgrade to use the Ipad, so I upgraded to Premium - then after re-launching my desktop version all of my playlists were gone! -

Also, my Ipad version still says I have 47 hours remaining in my trial, even though I'm now on premium.

does anyone have any ideas how I might get my playlists back, and what I need to do to make my app work?
