My Question or Issue

 

i did the app update on my iPhone and now all my playlists are gone!  How do I restore my playlists?  I have a family plan and those that didn’t update still has all their playlists. Can this be fixed?

Go to spotity website......you will find recover playlist option in accont section.....there you can recover all your playlists.

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

Spotify recently pushed a new update to all users, please make sure to check this Spotify Answer to see how it works.

Also, try installing the lateset updates if any is available 🙂

Give them some time to show up on your device.

If they don't please check in here and try to recover them.
