Lost downloads (not the 1st time)

Hello,

it's not the first time that I lost all downloads in my iPhone app. Actually I downloaded nearly 2.000 tracks. 2 weeks later, when I opened the spotify app there were no one album and track offline on my iPhone. Now I've to initiate the download once again. That's not the first time, that I have such problem. How can I solve that problem?

To check, did this happen after a recent update to the app?

If you could let us know:

• what app version you have
• what iOS version you're running
• what model of iPhone you have

If you could elaborate on how those 2,000 tracks are approximately saved, that'd be useful. EG: what proportion of those are playlists, albums, etc.

At the beginning I thought it Wohls be a Problem of the Update. At the Last time that happened without any update.

I use an ipod touch (last  iOS available for this generation iPT is 9.3.5). Even though it looks like Spotify is using 2.3 GB of memory, I don't see any of the music I've downloaded. Worked this morning, not this afteroon, immediately after downloading 1 album. All music stored only as Albums. I tried updating to see if that helped. Now running Spotify 8.4.20.535, but issue arose before the update. I've tried turning off iPT and logging out of Spotify a number of times with no success. I depend on downloaded music for a device without cellular connection.

Please Help, momwab
