Main page on app not working

For some time now (even after a Spotify update) my phone has displayed this menu, listing the options such as songs, playlists, artists, rather than allowing you to swipe between options as before. This has persisted, despite me going through not one but two new phones (apple replaced the old ones), which I have started as new phones. Is this issue somehow linked to my account? I have obviously tried uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify with no luck. I attached a photo to show what the main menu looks like, and what it looks like within a menu item.
