Messages status not synced across devices

Messages status not synced across devices

The status (read/unread) of the messages in my inbox is not synced across devices between the desktop version (PC and Mac) and the iPhone app.

 

This means that I have to play the songs in the iPhone app (even though I have already played and read the message on my desktop version) in order for the unread badge and unread status to go away.

 

Is the status not supposed to be synced or are you working on this?

Unfortunately it is down to the new messages tab. 

 

In the desktop and web clients, we have a new messages tab. The other apps are still using the old "inbox" tab. You get the same content in both, but the notifications appear not to be linked.
