[Mobile] UI doesn't work properly on offline mode

My Question or Issue

 The UI doesn't work properly whenever the mode is set to offline. I've tried repeatedly restarting the app, but the problem still persists. Attached is a video of me playing music offline but can't use the neat queue gesture to queue up different songs. Please fix this issue please!

Your solution worked briefly (about 12 hours) until it reverted back to the same problem that I'm currently facing.

OS = iOS 12.1.2

Spotify version = 8.4.89.675
