Music doesn't play on iPhone6

I have spotify on my iPad and iPhone6. They both worked well. But now, on my iPhone, numbers don't play, while on iPad they do. Only when I keep my finger on the number I hear the music, just somewhere in the middle of the track.
What somehow seems to be a cause is that I have been in New York (I live in the Netherlands) for some weeks. Since I am back I can't play music with spotify on my iPhone anymore.
I already erased the app and reinstalled it - twice. I log in with my facebook account. Any ideas how to solve this?

Can you explain to us a little more about the numbers you mentioned? If possible, try sending over a screenshot. We'll see what we can suggest.
