Music quality for premium family

Hi,
I've subscrived a premium famiily's account and i can't set " max quality " for music streaming. It asks me to switch to premium account. Why?? Someone can help me?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

That's odd. If you're currently a member of a Premium for Family plan, your account should have a Premium subscription active. Can you try changing the audio quality by following the steps here

 

If you keep getting an error message, could you try logging out and back in?

I've fixed by redownloading the app.
Probably was an error in the old android's apk.
