Music stops playing

Hi,

I’ve recently purchased Spotify Premium and whenever I lock my phone or go off of the Spotify app, the music cuts out a couple of seconds later. I’ve looked at other people’s problems that are similar and none of them seem to work. I just need some help because I love the app and I just want to listen to my favourite artists.

We'd like you to check if you're running the latest version of iOS on the device. Go to your iPhone's Settings > General > Software Update to check this.

 

We'd also like you to ensure you're running the latest version of the app, by following these steps for a reinstall.

 

Then, test this with 4G and WiFi. Let us know if it's still occurring for you and we'll be able to still assist!

 

 

Had the exact same problem. On a flight, so couldn’t do the recommended reinstall, so I just did a hard reset on iPad and solved the problem.
