Music won't sync for offline unless in a playlist

Solved!

Music won't sync for offline unless in a playlist

Hey All,

I have recently purchased Spotify Premium so that I can listen to my music offline. However it does'nt sync for offline unless I first put the songs in a playlist and then save the playlist for offline.

Basically all music I want for offline I have to put into an "All Music" playlist and then make that playlist available offline for my music to download.

When I toggle "Available offline" on the "Your Music" tab it doesn't do anything and switches off after closing the app.

Any suggestions would help 🙂

Thanks,

Benjamin

Hey guys! Just a quick piece of troubleshooting...

Have you tried a clean reinstall of the app? Info on how to do this can be found at the below link:

Hey @BenjaminSweney

Thanks for posting here on the community, hopefully your first post of many, right? 😉

We're looking into this at current but to double check things can you confirm the following:

- Version of Spotify
- Device you're using
- Version of Operating system on the device

We'll get things reported on to our tech folks.

Thanks in advance
