Musik on iPad suddenly stops.

When i use spotify on my iPad the music just stops after aprx. 40 sec. The "play" symbol is still in the playing mode but the song just stops playing. I already restarted and reinstalled spotify. But that didn´t help. I don´t have this problem on the iphone... What can i do?
