My Question or Issue

A few weeks ago, I downloaded the oldest episode of Up First, which went to the My Episodes playlist. The next day, the episode was removed, and so was my download. The reason I downloaded it was so that it wouldn't be removed, but it was anyway.

Now the My Episodes playlist always shows one episode, even when it's empty. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling, and I also tried logging out and logging back in.

Any ideas?

Hi @CawfeePig,

Thank you for posting on the Community.

We understand you already reinstalled the app, this time please run a clean reinstall of the app. This one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

Also, please let us know if this is also happening with your downloaded music, or only with the podcasts playlist.

Keep us posted.

I just tried this and, surprisingly, it didn't work.

Live, love, laugh and listen to music 🙂

My OS is up to date, and the problem is only on my iPhone XS. The playlist number is correct on my Macbook.
