My Premium account is not working on my iPhone!!

I have used the 30 day permium free on my iPhone and it worked. But I sign up for Premium after it is over and it wont let me do it on my App. It still treats it like it is a free account, I cant use the premium features.

I hope this isnt a scam, this is making me angry.

So last night my account started to work. I don't know exacly what happen but it just started working. I sent them a message via support. the havnt responded but soon after my account started to work, so I'm happy.

Yeah, I'm seeing that other people are having this same problem. Maybe Spotify can tell eveyone what's going on soon.

Glad to hear you're purchased Premium. It's good choice!

 

However a time before your clients/devices receive this update varies from "in no time" to "12 hours".

 

So just enjoy your time, have a good night and enjoy Premium at morning. It should be available for you then.

 

I'm sorry there is no solution to this, because paid acount update receive a client  in some hours.

 

Also keep your client log out and log in sometimes, this way you should get this update faster.

Once I purchased premium absolutely nothing recognized it. On my desktop program my phone doesn't appear in the "Devices" tab like I have been told it should. Also, when I log on the website it still offers me to buy premium...kind of hard to buy it when I already have paid for the service...? I'm just confused as to why the most invested client doesn't get what they paid for...I bought premium so I could use it on my phone, but it seems like my personal playlist is the only one it doesn't want to play.
