My Starred Playlist appears to be missing...

I noticed a few days ago that I no longer have a playlist named Starred.  I had a lot of music in that playlist and would like to know how I can recover it!  I went to the app that we can use to recover accidentally deleted playlists and its not there. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Same issues for several weeks. Starred playlist is there in the desktop client but not available in the android app. Why?!?!
