If your daughter is an artist on Spotify and this is happening to her, I'd recommend asking her to get in touch with the Spotify for Artists team here. They'll take a look and do their best to help.

Just jumping in here to add some extra info to what @Billy-J  suggested.

 

If you meant that your daughter has a non-artist account and she's noticed suspicious activity in her music library, she can follow the steps here to secure her account.

 

It's a good idea for her to also follow the steps in this guide and remove any third party apps she doesn't recognize.
