My iPhone app doesn't recognize my Premium account anymore

Hi,

 

I have never before had problems with Spotify app for iPhone (well except app crashing every now and then, but that has improved). I started having problems with my Premium account. I upgraded to Premium account some time ago, and I have been using it on my iPhone for a long time. Suddenly, I couldn't play songs, and when I checked my account info, under subscription it said free. I have gone through the forum for previous post and have tried all suggested.

1. Log out, log in

2. Change password (on desktop and iPhone)

3. Reset my iPhone

4. Force quit app

5. Deleting and re-installing app

 

I have tried everything and it is still not working. When I log into my Spotify account over desktop, everything is fine. It says I am a Premium subscriber. Can you please help? This is very annoying.

Since the problem is still persistent, and I haven't got anyone from Spotify to address the problem, I will terminate my Premium account. I don't want to have it if it is not fully functional.
