My iPhone app keeps crashing, I'm on iOS 16.3

My iPhone app keeps crashing, I'm on iOS 16.3 and tried everything to fix it. Below is a list of things I've tried:

- Clean delete + restart + reinstall
- Reset iPhone settings
- Try with WiFi and cellular
- Logout on all devices

Nothing works.

I can navigate the app in airplane mode, but once I re-enable internet connection and start playing anything it crashes everytime. After this, it crashes right after starting the app.

I'm a premium user and can't use the app this device.

It works on all other devices.

Please advise.

Hi @kkv93

Do you have a VPN enabled, or an antivirus software checking your internet activity?

Sometimes, Spotify can be blocked on public/school/business internet connections, but this should cause the app to crash. Considering that it's also not working on your cellular data, it seems like it's not a network problem.

Have you tried logging into another device? If it's possible for you, I'd suggest trying this out as it would help us figure out if the issue is account-related.

Another thing to check is whether or not a new account (can be on free) would yield the same results on your own device.
