My iPhone app won't download songs to offline anymore.

It has worked great for the year+ that I've had premium, and now it's just stuck in this loop. I save an album or song and the download symbol turns grey and says waiting to download but never does, or it goes red. I've just about everything that I can think of and other things I've seen from searching my problem on here, but nothing is working.

I have 12+ GB of space left, my Wi-Fi is on, working, and I'm connected it to it. I went into setting and switched it so that I could download songs offline while using celluar data and then turned wi-fi off and it still wouldn't download; I was also able to make songs download offline on my computer; so, I'm pretty sure it's not my wifi at all. All my other songs (2,000+) that are downloaded offline are still downloaded. Here are some screenshots of what it looks like on my end.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It sounds like there might be something up with the cache for the app. Try a clean reinstall. Instructions here: http://www.spotify.com/help/faq/mobile/#reinstallation-of-spotify-iphoneipod-touch

You'll need to resync your tracks after reinstalling, but things should be better.
