My liked from radio won't sync

Hello, I am a monthly paying customer-- when I click the thumbs up, I get a, "Something went wrong" message. But then I can click the plus sign and it will add the songs to my library. Please respond so I can get this figured out. Maybe I should uninstall the app and reinstall it?

I've been having the same problem for a few weeks now.  The thumbs up function works some days and some I get "Something went wrong."  I would love to know how to solve this problem as I pay for Spotify premium and am very dissatisfied with this issue!
