I already tried a clean install but that doesn’t work. How can I fix this problem?

sometimes when i use spotify the music stops every 30 seconds, but other times it runs well. When the problem does come i am in a good cellular coverage area, so nothing to do with that. I have tried other devices and all face the same problem

Have tried to delete cache and reinstall app, restart phone etc. i suspect its a problem with the account, could someone help to check?
