My phone won't activate my account

So I switched to an iPhone 4 downloaded all my apps from iCloud and every other app word just fine. Every times I try to listen to my playlist it sends me to the radio and says its for premium users only so I checked my account and it says I am a premium user and they already took the payment for this month.. I have trouble shot the phone and app numerous times but I still can't active my account so anybody got any ideas on what to do cuz I'm paying for something I can't even use..
