My playlist being added songs that I don't know

My Liked songs and follow list keep being added songs and artists that I don't even know. This happens for several times, at first I thought that maybe it was an accident but it wasn't.

Only me use this account so how can this happens? 

If anyone know something, please tell me.

Hi, 

I have the same issue and I've logged out of all devices multiple times, reset my password, etc. I don't see any unusual logins either. I've followed the help article posted but on my summer rewind just now, there were 3 songs I've never heard in my life. Please tell me how to secure my account or if this is a glitch.
