My Question or Issue
My playlists disappeared after I signed up to a premium 3 mth trial. I was logged into my account when I activated my trial. I did not sign in via FB but my normal login details. How can I retrieve my playlists and my listening history?

Starting a subscription will not affect the saved songs and playlists that you have on your account.
If your music is missing, then it's possible that you have another account with us. It's not necessary that it was created via Facebook, it could just be registered with a different email.
