My premium isn't working

I paid £0:99p for spotify premium for 3 months and it doesn't seem to be working .
I can't access any of the features but I did get an email said that I have paid for it .

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Thanks for the help but I have tried re installing spotify but it hasn't changed anything .
