My spotify won't play any songs

My spotify won't play any songs

My Spotify app on iPhone won't play any songs and instead will say "you've discovered a premium feature"

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

 

Just to confirm, is this happening only on your iPhone or does it happen if you log in to your account using a different device?

 

If it's happening on all your devices, you might be logging in to a free account. In case you've paid for Premium and still get this message, we'd suggest checking out this article for more info on how to find if you have another account. This article also has some relevant info you might want to look at.

 

Additionally, if the above doesn't work, you could try reaching out to our Support team here so they can check your account and provide further help.
