My Question or Issue
When I go to my "Next from" in a Playlist the options to "Remove" and "Add to queue" are no longer working. I can still click the circle next to the song and a green check appears and the "Remove" and "Add to queue" option are still there, but nothing happens when I click them. Everything was working fine yesterday, today when I opened the Spotify app it asked me to upgrade, I did, and now it's not working.
I also noticed this in the past few days. I also can’t add songs to the play queue.
Hey, this feature seems to still not be working for people, could you please get someone to properly look into this issue as just repeatedly telling us to clear cache and restart the app isn’t helping you might find, unfortunately. Personally, I’m not gonna be restarting the app as I know from the last time I did, over 600 of my songs were lost, even with reaching out for help I never got them back👏🏼Charging people over $10 every single month for an app that the buttons don’t even work on and then instructing they have to just look into it themselves because it may be a fault on our end only is just unacceptable. Numerous people have the same issue- it’s your responsibility, it’s your app.

This is still not working for me. Clearing cache does nothing and I don’t really want to have to redownload like 500+ playlists with a clean install.

Amen, deleting gigabytes of data and re-downloading thousands of songs is not a solution. Patch this!
This is a huge issue that customers shouldn't have to deal with. I just sat through a long, drawn-out chat with Spotify in-app and they weren't even aware of this.

Sorry to see you've been experiencing issues with your Spotify app!
Have you tried removing the its cached data to see if that would make a difference? If not, I'd recommend going over these steps here first.
After this is done, log out of the app and back in twice in a row to trigger a manual sync of your settings.
This should solve the issue for you but, in case it persists, you can go for a complete clean reinstall of the app as shown here.

P.S. In case the issue remains even after a clean reinstall, see if it would persist on a different device as well. A video recording of what's happening with your queue in real time would also be of help. Thanks!

Where did the queue area go? I can add songs but cant remove them from a queue? Are you taking away my right to choose my music selection on your service if I "add" a song to a queue?
