No download toggle on mobile

Basically until today when I reset my library, I could download things automatically in playlists and on my library. Now, the only way I can download is by adding to a playlist, hitting the three dots, tapping download and then adding to my library.

also, i have reinstalled 4 times, cleared cache, logged out of all devices, removed all offline devices, used offline mode - nothing works. I have been jailbroken sonce the day electra1131 came out so I’m sure it’s not that, jist if it’s possible that the app itself is corrupted I could clear all related data manually
