No local files artwork when using iPhone to control desktop player

My Question or Issue

Using desktop Spotify I have created a playlist from local files and added a 300x300 image as artwork. The playlist appeared on my iPhone and I uploaded the files there. The artwork is visible when I play these files from the iPhone. However, as soon as I switch to my computer as a playback device using iPhone as a remote, the artwork disappears. How do I fix it?
