No lyrics for a Hong Kong user

I'm a Hong Kong Premium user, but there's no lyrics for my iOS devices. However, the Spotify on my Macbook can look up the lyrics which makes me confused. Also, the users in my family all have lyrics, why????? Why can't I enjoy the lyrics on my iPhone??

Try logging out, closing the app, and logging back in - make sure to this process twice.

If after that the Lyrics still don't appear, is because this is one of the new features that we're trying out. We’re always testing possible improvements and new features, so you might not always see something on the app that other users do, and vice-versa. Keep in mind that this vary over accounts and devices, that's why they might show on desktop but not on mobile.

We really value your feedback as it helps inform our decisions going forward, and we'll be sure to pass this on to the right folks here at Spotify.

Hi,

I might be able to help you with your problem.

1. Log out your current account. (and remove & reinstall the app for a higher success rate)

2. Create a new free account and log in with it on your device. You are highly likely going to see lyrics with it.

3. Log out the new account, and log in with your old premium account.

4. If you are lucky, you can now see lyrics with you premium account (if not, make sure you turn on the 'canvas' function in the settings).

Hooray!

Enjoy the lyrics function.........

if you still see them the next day.

The method above worked well for me for a day.

The next day, when I opened the app, the lyrics are gone, like they never existed.

So I did the steps all over again, the lyrics came back, but again they were gone within a few hours.

If the lyrics function stays with you, I offer you my congratulations.

If not, you could join me feeling distressed and wondering how marginal we are to be left out.

It seems the lyrics function IS in the app, but if you are not the chosen ones you just can't have it.

They say the lyrics function is still under test, I guess I'll just have to wait...
