No playlists, empty "Starred" with stuck "Loading" message

Well, today I've opened Spotify on my phone just to find it missing all my playlists and non-local songs. 

I was in offline mode before that, but even after going into "online" and restarting app several times - this still is the problem I'm facing.

Also despite phone being connected via USB cable and Spotify desktop is running - phone isn't showed in devices as syncing ...

So I've went and completely removed app from my phone and re-installed from app store.

Problem still persists.

Although now I'm missing even my local files, duh..

PS. Iphone 4, iOS 6. But shouldn't it still work?
