No way to send a message to other user

Hello, there is just no possibiité to contact another user.  ,After ---->  follow ---> and after chose a friend -,  the message goes in an endless loop.   Quite anoying !  Somebody has an idea ?

Also, by looking at your screenshot, I can tell that you're using an older version of Spotify. I'd recommend updating it to the newest version so that you can always get the newest features: https://spotify.com/download 🙂

Hi Maxim,

thank you very much for your help.  OK, I installed the link you providet for me. And i'm lost. How do I acced to my Artist account ?  Until now, I went over my browser directly to this artist account.  The screen shot you saw, is from this direct access.  

I read the article about contacting other users. It seems, it's no more possible to contact them directly in spotify.  that is really annoying for me.  is there a way to send a message to playlist owners ?

What exactly do you mean by artist account? Can you please provide a little bit more info?

I'd recommend reaching out to playlists owners via social media networks 🙂

reach out to PL owners over social media is in most cases impossible. for example if I tried to join greg haywood, i will find 20 greg haywoods on FB. Or imagine I would like propose some music to Piano relaxin, or baby music. there is just non way .

Ah ok, but that's just how it is at the moment. I'd recommend that you post any feedback that you may have about the removal of the Inbox in the thread linked above.
