Normal playback interrupted randomly by radio

When I'm playing music online as normal, suddenly and completed randomly, the song will stop and start playing a different one, usually songs from the artist journey. The new song doesn't play, is just paused at the very start of the song. At the top it says radio playback, but doesn't seem to be a radio at all.

Please help? This is my first time posting here also, so I hope I've done this right!
