Not able to get the playinglists on the iphone 4

I have a premium account, however on one of the devices I am not able to connect Spotify with the internet to download the various playing lists. This is a Iphone 4. Furthermore it is not possible to play music on this phone.

How much free storage space do you have on your device? 

Spotify won't start synching normally unless you have 500MB-1GB of free space.

unfortunately we have around 2,5 GB space available

Does't your Iphone 4 with Spotify connecting to your Wifi?

i think that that is the problem, the spotify on the iphone is not able to connect and download or show the various playinglists.

Try to reinstall the Spotify application and try again.
