Now playing won’t progress track but will show as playing

Now playing won’t progress track but will show as playing and the now playing will stay on the Lock Screen so I have to close the app. Happens when I’m connected to Bluetooth and turn off the car.

Can’t turn off notifications to get it to stay off my Lock Screen either.

• What device(s) does this happen on?
• When did this start happening?
• Does it happen only when connected to Bluetooth? Does it happen regardless of what device is connected via Bluetooth?
• Screenshots or a video of the behaviour
